Tipping Policy
Guests are open to tip at their discretion. However, for your convenience, gratuities of $12.50 per guest, per day are automatically added to your shipboard account. An additional $4.00 per guest, per day will be added for guests occupying Penthouse, Vista or Owner's Suites where Butler Service is provided. Guests may adjust gratuities while onboard the vessel at their sole discretion.

A full refund of payments received will be made when Oceania Cruises receives written notice of cancellation as indicated by the Cancellation Fee schedule listed here. Cancellation notices must be received by Oceania Cruises in writing.
Guests who cancel within the indicated periods are subject to the following per person cancellation fees:
Holiday Cruises and Cruises of 20 Days or Longer:

Cruises of Less than 20 days:

A 100% cancellation fee will be imposed for non-appearance or the absence of written notice. Fare is defined as the full cost of any cruise, land or air component purchased from Oceania Cruises.

Internet
Oceania offers a 24-hour Internet center with and is fully staffed from 8:00am – 7:00pm on Sea Days and 8:00am – 11:00am & 3:00pm – 7:00pm on Port Days. There are 16 computers available in the Internet Cafe. Two additional computers are available in the Library. Wireless internet service is available throughout all ships.
There are 6 different rate packages, which include the following:
- $.95 per minute with no package
- 100 minutes for $80.00, additional minutes are $.80 per minute
- 200 minutes for $140.00, additional minutes are $.70 per minute
- 500 minutes for $300.00, additional minutes are $.60 per minute
- 800 minutes for $400.00, additional minutes are $.50 per minute
- 1,200 minutes for $540.00, additional minutes are $.45 per minute
Package amounts are charged upfront and no refunds will be made for unused minutes. All additional minutes are charged at the same rate level.
Wireless Internet Service
Wireless internet service is available throughout all ships. All suites include a wireless laptop for your convenience. Please refer to internet pricing listed above.

Room Phone:
Guests can make telephone calls directly from their room using Ship to shore calling (calls made from stateroom to US/Canada). The cruise line charges $4.95/min.
Cell Phone:
Yes, you can use your cell phone. Note, you will incur roaming charges (T-Mobile $4.99/min, AT&T $2.49/min, Verizon $2.49/min, Sprint $2.49/min, Alltel $2.49/min). Remember to pack your phone charger.

Recommended onboard clothing is resort or country club casual. For evening dining, elegant casual resort wear is suggested. We request that jeans, shorts, t-shirts or tennis shoes not be worn at dinner.

Bring aboard beer and liquor at embarkation is allowed, but not encouraged. Beer and liquor must be consumed in the staterooms only. Guests wishing to purchase wine in a port of call and bring it onboard with them may do so, limited to three (3) bottles per stateroom. Guests are welcome to enjoy their wine in the comfort and privacy of their stateroom or suite, or, if they prefer, may enjoy their wine in one of the ship's dining rooms. Any wine consumed in the dining room or a public area will be subject to a corkage fee of $20.00 per bottle.
Oceania Cruises reserves the right to prohibit and retain all alcohol bought ashore for consumption onboard the vessel.

Such goods shall be surrendered to the Master at embarkation, and in Oceania Cruises' discretion may be confiscated, destroyed or surrendered to authorities. Guests shall have no claim for loss or inconvenience thereby incurred. Oceania Cruises assumes no responsibility for any loss of or damage to a guest's perishable items, medicines, valuables, financial instruments, electronic equipment and the like, except as specifically provided in the Terms and Conditions.
