On every Azamara voyage, gratuities for housekeeping, dining and bar staff are included in your cruise fare.
The amount of the cancellation fee depends primarily on one factor: Days until your cruise's departure. The earlier you cancel, the less the fee. However, the specifics vary depending on the length of your cruise and if you are sailing on a holiday.
- $25 per person, if cancelled within 91+ days
- 20% of booked fare, if cancelled between 60 and 90 days until departure
- 50% of the booked fare, if cancelled between 30 and 59 days until departure
- 75% of the booked fare, if cancelled between 15 and 29 days until departure
- 100% of the total fare, if cancelled within 14 days of departure

Azamara's Best Price Guarantee:
You will have 48 hours after you book to find a lower price. If you do, you will receive 110% of the difference applied to your booking as an onboard credit. This lowest rate must be a rate publicly advertised by Azamara Club Cruises.

In addition to wireless internet all ships have Internet Cafes, where Internet access is available 24 hours a day.
Internet minutes are available at the following rates:
- $0.65 cents a minute with no package
- $29.95 for 49 minutes
- $49.95 for 89 minutes
- $79.95 for 150 minutes
- $99.95 for 237 minutes

Cell Phone:
Yes, you can use your cell phone. Note, you will incur roaming charges (T-Mobile $4.99/min, AT&T $2.49/min, Verizon $2.49/min, Sprint $2.49/min, Alltel $2.49/min). AT&T Wireless Maritime Service is offered on an advanced roaming network onboard all Celebrity Cruises ships allowing you to make and receive calls while at sea using your own mobile phone and telephone number. Remember to pack your phone charger.

Room Phone:
Friends or family can reach you 24 hours a day via Azamara's Satellite Service. Your friends and family can contact the ship by calling (866)-459-8990. Or, from outside the U.S. they can dial (732)-335-3297. The cost is $7.95 USD a minute. From outside the U.S. additional long distance charges will also apply.
For outgoing calls, you can make ship-to-shore calls from your stateroom, 24 hours a day. The cost is $7.95 USD per minute and will be automatically charged to your account.
Fax
Direct faxes can also be made from shore to ship. For Azamara Journey use prefix 011.874 with the number 636.633.920 or 921 or for Azamara Quest use prefix 011.874 with the number 636.633.920 or 921. The ocean codes are as follows: 871 - Europe, 872 - Alaska/Hawaii, 873 - Europe/Asia, 874 - Caribbean/West Atlantic/South America
Sending and Receiving [snail] Mail:
You'll be able to mail postcards and letters from the various ports of call. The Guest Relations Desk on board can tell you how and when to post mail during your cruise. Remember, in most cases, you will probably get home before your mail arrives. If incoming mail is received in port, it will be delivered to your stateroom as soon as possible.↑ Back to Top
Appropriate attire onboard Azamara Club Cruises is always resort casual and there are no scheduled formal nights. However, guests are asked to refrain from bare feet, tank tops, ball caps, bathing suits, or jeans in the dining room and specialty restaurants.
Resort attire for men:
Sportswear, golf shirts, pants, sport coat (if desired, but not required). Light fabrics such as linen, cotton, silk and wool gabardine.

Sportswear, casual dresses, skirts, pants. Light fabrics such as linen, cotton, silk and wool gabardine
Other tips:
- Be sure to pack a sweater and a lightweight wind-breaker for cooler mornings and evenings. And don’t forget your workout clothes! You will also need a pair of sneakers or rubber-soled shoes for deck sports, and a swimsuit and cover-up.
- You may also want to pack more conservative day/port wear for onshore excursions. This clothing should be culturally appropriate for museums, restaurants and religious sites.

Yes, you may bring your own favorite liquor, beer or wine for private consumption in your suite or stateroom. If you wish to consume your liquor, beer or wine in any shipboard restaurant, bar or dining venue, each bottle is subject to a corkage fee of $10.
Alcoholic beverages purchased from onboard shops will be stored by the ship and delivered to guest staterooms on the last day of the sailing.

Items with heating elements or open flames: Certain items that generate heat or produce an open flame are not permitted on ship. This includes clothing irons, hotplates, candles, incense and any other item that may create a fire hazard. Curling irons and hair dryers are allowed.
Drugs or other illegal substances: No illegal drugs or other illegal substances are allowed onboard. Guests found in violation of such laws are subject to arrest and prosecution by the foreign jurisdiction (and perhaps United States or other authorities as well) and may be prevented from re-boarding the ship.
Weapons, Explosives or Other Dangerous Items: No weapon, explosive, or other item that presents a risk of harm to persons or property, are permitted onboard. Items such as dive knives must be reported to ship's personnel at embarkation. They may be permitted onboard, but held in safe custody by the ship's Security staff when not in use ashore.
