Connecticut-based American Cruise Lines operates a young fleet of five ships built to sail the inter-coastal waterways and rivers of the USA's east coast, Florida to Maine, and west coast, Columbia and Snake rivers.  American Cruise Lines appeals to passengers who enjoy learning American culture/history and want an intimate small ship cruising experience in a country club atmosphere.
